Covering multiple booths on one expo floor
Where a conference organizer books coverage for the entire expo floor rather than a single sponsor, we work from the sponsor tier list to allocate time proportionally: more time and a dedicated short clip for title sponsors, standard photo coverage for general booth holders. This avoids one large sponsor’s coverage crowding out the smaller booths, or the reverse, where the title sponsor gets the same treatment as everyone else despite paying for more visibility.
Booking booth coverage as a sponsor
Individual sponsors can also book their own booth coverage directly, separate from whatever the main event organizer has arranged. This is common when a sponsor wants a guaranteed dedicated photographer for their specific slot rather than relying on the general event coverage to catch their moment.
