We attend the fair as a two-person team, one dedicated photographer and one dedicated videographer. This means both formats are being captured simultaneously throughout the day, with no gaps in coverage.
At the end of the fair, you receive more than 100 edited photographs. These are professionally processed images, not raw files. They are ready to use on your website, social media channels, product catalogs, and press materials.
You also receive a 1 to 2 minute highlight video. This is a fully edited production with music and color grading, showing your booth, your products, your team, and the atmosphere of the fair. It works well as a recap video for LinkedIn and Instagram, or as content to send to clients and partners who could not attend.
If you want to take your content further, we also offer drone footage. Aerial shots of the fair venue give your content a wider perspective and a production quality that stands out from standard booth photography.
