Our team documented the official program of H.E. Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, covering keynote speeches, ministerial panels, bilateral meetings, official ceremonies, networking receptions, and high-level diplomatic engagements throughout the forum.
To support the delegation’s communications workflow, we also provided a dedicated DIT (Digital Imaging Technician) / Data Manager, enabling on-site media management and the immediate delivery of RAW photos and video footage throughout both event days. This ensured fast, secure content transfer for press, social media, and official communications.
